My fish rarely ever get sick "knock on wood" but should my new mbu puffer I am getting on Wednesday ever does fall ill, what meds are out there that are bad for them?

Also what meds are ok for them?

I was wondering what color sand would bring out the best color in the mbu. Like does dark or light sand make their colors come out best.
