We dont have walmart in denmark and it is not allowed to sell any kind of fish medicin here. I ordered some from the UK which was the closest seller I could find.

Sorry, I didnt even see your link. My mistake. Will look into it right away. Im thinking if its IPs causing the cloudy eye. I read that could be the case. His belly looks like he could have some parasites. Will try getting some prazi pro in him whilst waiting for the melafix.

Just done another test:

Ph: between 8 and 8.2
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: between 5 and 10 ppm

No change in parameters. Tested it twice the day before yesterday. Will do another wc today. Ordered melafix from amazon as we dont get it here, so will have to wait for that to arrive. Is it normal table salt?

I just got home and he is looking very poorly. Looks like the white marks are on his eyes as well. Could it be cloudy eyes and how is that best treated? It looks a bit like mould or fungus? It looks a bit like he is disolving? Also ive seen him flashing recently. Like he is trying to scratch himself...

The white marks are also on his tail and fins. Not sure if they are scrapes. They look smooth like the rest of his skin, only milky white.

Good news. Swayze is eating again and although he is still a bit lethargic, he is much more active than he was. He is now begging for food again :-) His poop is back to normal, no more white strings.
