I have two Eheim 2217's and two airstones. Would this be enough in addition to the skimmer, or would Live Rock still be necessary?

I'm not looking for corals, so I'm happy. I did do other research, but people like Pufferpunk are of much better help because people here actually care about puffers. I'm sure people here with experience will be a great help to me.

Porcupine Puffer

With the demise of my Fahaka, I'd decided I would like to try another puffer with some personality, and I started thinking "Why not Salt?" So while at work, my manager said that making a fish only w/o LR+Coral etc would be very easy to make and maintain. So would a Porcupine Puffer be able...

I constantly argue with my LFS about what kind of tanks the puffers should be in and how we should be more informative to the customers. Oh...did I mention I'm also an employee. Its good to know that they neither listen to customers or their own kind. Just the green flowing in.

I wouldn't really know what I'm doing, nor would I have the heart to do it. I'm sure soon enough I'll be fine, and I can get another guy for my tank. It just sucks :(

Yeah, I mean every puffer I see, I just find flaws with. I just keep comparing them back to him. Maybe just needs time.

Man down....

Sadly, after almost a year of having my Fahaka Oreo, his clock just ran out. Water conditions were fine, the beak was a great shape, far from overgrouwn, a nice belly, far from overeaten. He was very active, and it was very sad losing him, considering I even worked for 4 months to afford the 125 tan...

Mine was able to be touched as a juvie in the LFS. It came up to their hands, slowly, and wouldn't bite.

A really close friend of mine was looking at my fish, but she has extremely bad vision in low light cases. She thought my Fahaka was actually black and white, not green and red/brown. She named him Oreo, and it kind of stuck :D

Petsmart will generally not special order. I was hired into their fish department as a co-op student and since then there are species we haven't been ordering, as well I had (I don't work there anymore) made sure that a lot of the fish got more seperation in their tanks. Larger fish were spread out ...
