I think you need to admit to yourself that your Fahaka is not doing well, as you keep insisting. OK, up date, fish is doing fine ,eating well etc, but I just noticed fungus ? Now I dont what's going on, treated him for fungus and was doing fine, How can you say your puffer is "doing fine"...

But what can I use to treat the fungus, I seen the melafix stuff, but not sure if it is aval here ?any other products ?

So after 9 years,he's stopped eating because of his size?
I am sorry I have disagree with that part.yes nature does do things to protect itself.

He's bigger then that but it's hard to tell,he wont sit still even now, never tried garlic-this is the kind of help I am looking for- What am I supposed to do exactly? Yes I lot of people more experience then me, but certain things I cannot do,bigger tank right now,diet? I ve tried to give him thing...

Ive tried all kinds of diets, this is the most stable one for me, I feed it frozen,and have never ever had to trim his teeth.

It's not straight beefheart, includes,carrots,shrimp,crab,lobster,lobster roe,garlic and a bunch of other stuff,he's been on it for 8 + years,so I think it must be ok :D Like I said I am not a noob on caring for puffers, just curious as this is the first time I've every seen him like this in 9 years...

I got him for a dollar at the local fish swap meet The guy had him for 2 years in a 5 gallon and a 2 1/2 gallon tank when I got him into a 10 gallon he went -that lasted about 3 months he was 2 1/2 inches when I got him,he went to 6 inches in the 10 and he's at where he is at now in...

I got this fish after the guy had him for 2 years in a 2/12 gallon tank,I did realize what he was till he started to get huge fast, I cant move him,there's no place to put the tank.I've had all kinds of fish, plants tanks,saltwater,etc

I ve had this Fahaka for 9 years, recently he's been not eating - Ive been thru a week of him refusing food, but he eats but it's just a little compared to before, I noticed that his beak on the top is like 2 teeth instead of 1 - I swear it was 1?
