Im curious on your thoughts and comments on if anyone here has breed figure eight puffers and the process and can they be cross breed with other dwarf puffers?

I have a 20 long ive converted to highly planted tank woth no fish as it is establishing and im looking to buy a few dwarf puffers to fill the tank and be my new hobby. Im willing to buy them even if you have to ship them if the price is right.
