So I've somewhat recently acquired a beta fish. He's a male, I believe a half delta, and I've got him alone in my ten gal. Is he going to get bored? I've got some plants and things in there, and I know he can't have friends... Do I need to entertain him?

I recently purchased a dwarf hamster from Petsmart. She was labeled a Fancy Russian, but I think she's actually a winter white, based on the coloration and the fur on her feet and tail.
