Thank you everyone for your help. He died early this morning between 4 and 8. I'm very upset by this whole experience. I really wanted to save him. I'm sure my first problem was getting him from Walmart.

His color has lightened, his belly his mostly white and he is greener, but it doesn't seem like a good thing. I think he is dying. I'm not gonna move him to the hospital tank. I just read the last article about treating freswater fish with saltwater, so my last question kind of remains, should I raise the temp and just keep rasising my salnity? Should I just bump it up a little faster or should I treat with table salt and then dilute it before re-raising with marine salt?
