I am saddened to announce the death of my DH, puffer ghoti. He died suddenly on New Years Day.

I was bitten by a Peacock Puffer back in the day and that hurt.
Now I use tongs to feed though a few faves do get hand fed mainly the fahakas, Any in tank maintaince is performed by pufferghoti while I distract the fish with food.

I agree with a fahaka. I've never had a mean one out of the three I have kept. I know they can be vicious towards other fish so sould be kept alone.

I did a 20%% ater change on my target tank and then discovered that the heater cable had been severed somehow..no wonder the poor fish wasn't happy..
