What about Samolus valerandi or Crinum natans (C.aquatica) ? I just read about aquarium plants on a homepage: http://www.extraplant.de/aquarienpflanzen.html
It says that the first one I mentioned here likes brackishwater.

General Questions
Is it possible to put the tetraodon biocellatus in a marine tank?
Which plants survive a salinity of 1.010 ? I know it is brackish, just wanted to know.
Are there corals which need less care like no feeding? Which?
Thanks

Re: Green Spotted Puffer Dead!
Hey, thank you! The instructions said nothing about a water change, however I did one (about 20%) but after 2 days, however he was fine afterwards. I needed to use the chemicals, I tried to remove the algae by hand, I even turned the light out afterwards for a few hours, however they all grew back. ...

Re: Osmose Water
I have a Tetraodon Nigroviridis .
I just read about it on the Internet (I don't run my tank entirely with reverse osmosis water) and there someone said he did.
I was just curious about it because he said it worked out for him!

Re: Brackish tank. Halimeda discoidea???
Hello, I have a problem with the Halimeda discoidea. I put it in the sand a few days ago. The water is marine, temperature 24-25 Celsius. The colour of it looks fine. The plant is brighter at the top. However the lower part of it is dark green. And the plant seems to have gotten very soft. Could it ...

Brackish tank. Halimeda discoidea???
Hello,
if I raised the density to 1.023 could I keep a Halimeda discoidea without blue light?
Would it survive?
Or does it need special light like corals ?
Thx
