Does this work with other non-puffer fish?

Re: Decor for DP?

In your first pic you had round flat disks. Are they still in the tank? I was thinking maybe putting a couple of those in my tank might help keep feeding time a bit cleaner? What do you think? It was a clay saucer, like you put under a potted plant. I used to have it in my ADF tank. I moved it into...

Re: Just had to share (next generation of puffer keeper)

and my daughters resigned to the fact that she's got fish in her bedroom for the foreseeable future :D My boys are 13, and each used some of their birthday money to get a tank for their room! We're doing some upgrading, 5 to 10 and 3 to 5, but they are both very interested and are learning to do wa...

Bummer, I can't see the pictures! I'll check again when I go home and everything isn't blocked by the firewall!

Fluval Chi for a DP?

Due to many things, we've decided not to setup a 75 gallon community tank. Unfortunately, the store I bought my driftwood from doesn't allow returns, only exchanges or store credit. While I'm sure I could eventually spend $65 in plants and such, my boys suggested putting it towards a Fluval Chi (ava...

Meet my DP, 13

My son took 11 pictues, and only one was not too blurry. Isn't that how it usually works with fish? Anyway, this is my dwarf puffer, 13. He was my Mother's Day present, and I've been a mom for 13 years. Clever? Well, the idea popped into my head and got stuck! http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii46...

My dp was a Mother's Day gift so I named him 13, cause I've been a mom for 13 years. The twins thought it was weird, but BJ has a betta named John Watson! All of our snakes have Bones themed names.

Nah, four+ feet long isn't small! They start out small, but keep growing. Lots of color morphs to choose from though.
