When hes swimmin hes a little darker than his normal color but when he goes back to lay down he goes to a dark gray, my other fish however just lay there breathing heavily

Might be, but today the puffer looks a little healthier. His foggy eyes are cleared up, he comes out, swims around for a little, then goes back to his spot and lays down. I did another test today and I have .5 ppm ammonia

What do u suggest i do now? Continue using this medication or use something else. Theyre eyes r cloudy and as mentioned theyre all laying sideways and some are even losing their color

I might have to call and ask tomorrow... I did a water change today, noticed the fish have cloudy eyes and most of them r laying on their side, i have them in a bucket with the old water but im dripping them now to get used to the new water

I've retested the water numerous times because i was surprised at how the nitrites dropped to 0 (guess dr tim really works), I've been using herbtana but it instructed me to turn the skimmer off. do you think the skimmers affected water quality?

my mistake nitrates are at 40, i actually used dr. time to cycle, i guess I'm going to have to take him out when i get home, but what is the reason as to why the lion fish isn't eating either?
