It is a Ceylon they are still verry young so they dont have alot of spots yet ill try and get some better pics they dont like to hold still

from what i have read and seen in my own tank carbon only last about a week but it is amazing if your tank starts to smell funky lol

the tank is fully cycled and the water is the same as LFS just local tap water i know it is quite hard but i do not know the exact number. and the AC30 is for a 30 gallon tank but i have it on its lowest flow and also slowed with filter sponge. only thing i can think of is maybe the temp of the wate...

OKay i dont know if im settig up my snail breeder tank right i have a 2.5g tank with a ac30 filter no heater and i use prime to treat the water befor adding it to the tank. i put about 15 ramshorns in the tank and in like 4 hours they were all either i think dead or not comin out of their shells at ...

yeah they are still under 2" and i have only had them for about 4 months but they are getting bigger

im not an expert but from reading posts on the forum alot of people say to stay away from feeding krill as it causes lock jaw, but as for the other issues it is most likely stress and getting use to his/her new home but posting actual water perameters is always helpful
