Re: Possible sick puffer
Thank you for the information. Very informative. I do believe you are right. Vibro seems to be the issue, however I cannot find what causes it unless I am not reading that part. I also went further on the internet, but it is a bit confusing. It happened so quickly. He was eating normally one minute ...

Re: Possible sick puffer
My poor Orange Saddleback looks so sad now. I don't know what I can get him as a tank mate, but I just feel sorry for him. It is amazing how fish attach themselves to each other.

Re: Possible sick puffer
I don't have a picture. When my baby died, the Orange Saddleback was going nuts in the tank and stressing. He was darting all over the tank. He stayed close all the time to the puffer. I had to take him out. I wish I had thought of that beforehand. It started with just some small white spots. Then a...

Re: Possible sick puffer
The SG is 1.027, sorry. My beautiful baby died last night. This seems to be some sort of disease. No one really knows to much about it. It comes on quickly and kills just as quick. When GSP's reach age 6 or 7, it appears. It was suggested it is something called Head and Lateral Line Disease??? I too...

Possible sick puffer
GSP (1) - This isn't a picture of my fish, just use for color.jpg I have a puffer that has white blotches on the outside of it's body. He lives in a tank with an Orange Saddleback. They do not nip each other or chase each other. The GSP is in a 75 gallon tank with the Orange Saddleback. The GSP is ...

Thing in my tank
Can anyone tell me what this is? I found it swimming, not it but four of them running around on the bottom of the tank. Here's the link

Re: Orange Saddleback Fucca/Puffer
I have a list of instructions from the aquarium for the current tank. He also has pictures of my other fish, the tank, what is in the tank and my water sample. He took the time to educate me on the Fugu. All is well. I will of course as you suggest, read more. I am not technical when it comes to the...

Re: Orange Saddleback Fucca/Puffer
I went to the Marine aquarium as well as the Marine Fish store where I got my Valentini. It took me two hours to do this. I took a picture. Both individuals I spoke with told me he has somehow hurt his eye. I attached a picture. I have taken him to the Marine Fish store and he is in the Marine Hospi...

Re: Orange Saddleback Fucca/Puffer
Pufferpunk You have always been there for me and I have always gotten good advice. I didn't think I deserved to be insulted with the word "zero" and yet then another person says I haven't been nice. I don't know what I said to deserve negative comments and was only trying to explain what I...

Re: Orange Saddleback Fucca/Puffer
Genevieve Thanks for the information. I appreciate it and I didn't think I said anything wrong. My highlighted red was to show my answers, not yell and maybe sometimes I am not sure quite what to say in explaining things as I am not as technical as everyone here. As for problems in the past, Pufferp...

Re: Orange Saddleback Fucca/Puffer
Dear itlagswrx I was really a little taken aback with your comment, " I think you have zero clue on keeping fish period, yet alone getting into marine/brackish or various species of pufferfish." I am in here to learn like everyone else and to start a conversation like that was a bit insult...
