Sand from LFS?
I was wondering, since I live on the water, would it be ok to use the sand at the beach in my new 55 gallon to start the cycle?

I went to the bad LFS and took the sickly GSP from them. I brought him home and after watching the Arizoniafishkeeper.com I followed his detailed instructions and successfully trimmed the little guys beak. Knowing I couldn't risk keeping him in my tank with my smaller GSP I took him to the best salt...

He is in full salt and has been for 3 months. I know he needs a bigger tank, I bought a 55 gallon but I am in the process of moving across the state and I am waiting till I get settled to start cycling the new tank:)
