Okay, I cycled the tank for 3 months using cycling chemicals. I know how to look after these guys, I'm not gonna feed them flake food and add discus to the tank I am just concerned about their numbers. Again will bumblebee gobies work if I take 2-3 F8's out?

Okay so for my birthday my brother got me 4 baby figure 8 Puffers for my 18 gallon tank. Would this be okay, or must I give 2 back to the Pet shop. They aren't showing aggression. Also has anyone had experience keeping soo many? And does anyone have experience with keeping them with bumblebee gobies...

I've seen in other forumns the mininimum size to be 10 gallons

I have 3 internal filter... This is why I would like to keep one in a 15 gallon until he outgrows it.

Why do you say a month? If they live for 15 years and max their growth at 6 inches surely that take a few years to become that way. I could keep him until he's 3.5 inches. How long would it take one to get that big?

Hi guys, just wondering how long could I keep a green spotted puffer in a 15 gallon with heavy filtration before he would outgrow it? I would eventually move him to a 30+ gallon. Thanks

Thanks, but will that work for a 15 gallon? Because then I could slowly add a little bit at a time until I get a SG of 0:005 and then during 50% water changes place half a cup of salt in the the new water I use to replace the 50% I took out. Will this work?

Hi guys, should I keep 1 or 2 figure 8 puffers? Please only answer from experience and please don't tell me about tank size. I heard that these guys are more responsive kept singly but would also like to have 2 to full the tank. Thanks dudes....and dudets!
