Amen. Paying the same price or more for shipping seems a bit ridiculous to me, but if a person really wants a certain fish there isn't much else to do.

Well the one on the left is a Palembang puffer(Monotrete Palembangensis). The one on the right is porbably the same, but it's hard to tell from the front.

Well I chose no substrate because I wasn't sure what I was going to do with the tank(what fish I would most likely keep in the long run) so I decided to keep it bare. So I found my charger and I tried to take as many good shots as I could while Sid(puffer) was actually exploring his tank and not just chilling in his cave. The most common way to do this is to place sand in a good sized bucket(around 5 gallons) and run a hose all the way down the bucket, then run the water until the run off comes out clear.

well, i bought him from the wet spot, a reputable dealer imo, and hes only 2 inches so for now im hoping hes actually what i bought, M. Leiurus.
