It is worrying me... He's almost bumping into stuff but still swimming at the same time

Ya he can still stay submerged... It almost looks like he is chasing the bubbles at the top...but he swims by the filter and gets pushed and goes back to the top

For the last day and a half my congo puffer has been roaming around the surface of the tank... He is activley swimming but he has just been roaming around at the top. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

My buddy just bought a 2" fahaka and he paid $50 as well... i just purchased a congo puffer for $50... I believe that its a reasonable price...

He actually has been swimming around his tank a lot for the past day and a half just chasing after ghost shrimp. But its fine sand just a really up close picture. Yes, he was kept with other congos before I got him.

I purchased my first puffer today. Cornelius is about an inch in length... I am wondering if anyone who has one can tell me about how fast they grow... Just out of curiosity.
