Yea great vid. Being a keen BBQer I find it easier to cut the sausage longways to see if its done. When I flip sausages I also move the outer ones into the middle and vice versa. Have you planked any chicken before? I know it's not the norm but it's incredible.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

Thanks for the tip (no pun intended). I will keep that in mind, and probably add it as a separate vid with a "quick thanks" feed back section. Similar to Mr. Saltwater tank's "Quick Tips".

Wow your wife was really brave to try eating that on video, I would of ended up in a right mess lol. Food looked yummy :D
