Having probs with your tobie not eating shelled things?

Post by jefferzbooboo »

I was having probs with my Hawaiian Pink Spotted Puffer not eating shelled things, I tried shelled shrimp, clams, mussels, about everyting you could think of. One day I got the idea of trying baby pond snails from an outbreak I had in my freshwater tank and mixing them in with the food I was feeding him/her(not sure on sex). Worked like a charm, he actually goes for the snails now instead of the Marine Cuisine and his teeth are starting to wear down.
