The tank is 180g 6'x2'x2'.

I don't think it was right after she is usually slimmer before feeding though. I may be over feeding, I usually give 3 snails shells cracked. The snails range in size and I usually just grab any three so some days she gets more than others depending on the size of snails. I will pay more attention to how full she is getting.

The food availability in the wild varies hugely over time. You do not need to be compulsive over always matching serving sizes.

But Fahakas to me should not have bulging bellies comparable to fat GSPs, which that picture profile shows. They should be sleeker and smoother. These are really fast-swimming fish.

Actually, GSPs should also not be fat either, but their bodies are proportionally not as slender as Fahakas.

As captive fish do not have to work as hard for their food as is common in the wild, we do have to be careful about over-feeding our captive pets.
