P.S Do you know that they consume ALOT of food!

12 little MBUs can EASILY consume EIGHT frozen CUBES of blood worms!
Hikari brand to be exact.

you guys have this in Canada?

people lost interest because you beat around the bush... a lot... some days you seem american with good english and little sayings i would think only a person of a younger age would know or say like

other days you seem foreign and seem to need help with your english. i havent commented on here yet because i think this thread is bogus. but im still keeping an eye on it. not that i dont believe you, its just its the internet. just have to take a grain of salt with everything you read. your comments in this thread after being presented with a question remind me of my boss. you go in there with one thing on your mind, he beats around the bush so much and throws curveballs at you, by the time you leave his office you forget what the original question/problem was

Wow, guess i have the traits of a boss. Good to hear that.

People with a wide extended knowledge of the music indutry would say what i said about bubba. Initially i assume he was talking about bubba sparks rather than that bubba from planet A.
I guess you must be a star wars fan.

I beat around the bush is because i DO NOT want to reveal the origins of my 12 fry. Simple as that.

If the origins of my 12 fry would be revealed here or anywhere else for that matter, i SWEAR by all things holy that this thread will NO longer be about the upbringing of the 12 fry but rather how the 12 fry came to be!
Why i say that is because from what i know it is impossible or rather no one has YET to achieve that way in how i obtain my fry and it is still not documented. I shall not say more.

My PURE and SOLE intention is to initially SHARE the joy and things learned from bringing up this 12 fry.
As to my best of knowledge, (correct me if iam wrong) no one has yet to study and keep MBU fry before.

I do not blame you a single bit that you doubt me because of the internet.

Just look at what this thread has become.
With all the skepticism around it has turned this thread into what iam, who i am, how i convey myself, etc rather than on my 12 fry.

Why can't people here just ACCEPT this thread as it originally was.

THE UPBRINGING, LEARNING JOURNEY WITH MY 12 FRY.........

I am changing my current "PVC Pipes" setup to a new one.
Am gonna use DW in the new setup.

Will take shots of it and upload here.

Thanks.!

Something weird happen these few days with Schiz. He is one of the 12 fry.

I would like to ask EVERYONE out there if any of you guys keeps puffers with BARE bottom tank now or before?

It happened 5 times to date.
Schiz would have his meal (totally full and bloated) and ALL OF A SUDDEN (after resting a min or so) with no outside influence nor disturbance he would just nose dive, and start chasing his own reflection and swimming REAL hard and fast banging everything in it path.
It hurts me to see him do that as i guess it would hurt him when he goes head on to a stationary object.

Anyone has any idea why he behave so?

I can't say I know anything but it is just a guess.

Wild caught react different than captive raised. The actual actions sound like nitrate poisoning vs bare bottom but since we don't have the numbers we won't know.

Just a quick Q: why no sand in the tank? That is an excellent source of bio filtration.

P.s.
Giving up the source of the breeder and how you obtained them isn't releasing a secret.. it is learning in the present. If it hasn't been done before then others would also like to learn ;)

I think that with all of the deception and inconsistencies it's hard for people to get to the fish. There's too much crap in the way. Also, I'm sure that many people are concerned about the well-being of the fish and therefore aren't interested out of ethics.

I'm neutral regarding a lot of that. I just want to know how the fry came to be and how you got them. Can you share it privately?
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

WOW! Thanks for the prompt reply JP.

Errr... All MBU are wild caught. No one has yet to be able to breed MBU in captivity. Accept me! LOL...... KIDDING....

OKAY, first things first. I would rule out nitrate poisoning as i do regular WC. HOWEVER, i will still do a nitrate test today.
PH is fine as of yesterday night.
And only Schiz does that...... Could be internal causes? As i notice that it only happens AFTER his meal.....
Weird... Am keeping a close eye on him......

On a another note, I THINK i might have found a technique in domesticating aggressive mbu fry.
KD and hustler aren't that aggressive anymore.
ONLY KD once in a while chases his siblings around.
Unlike in the past when given a chance he would chase his surrounding siblings near him.

CHEERS!
