Moving to an apartment

Post by capnrap »

Hello!

I am moving into a new apartment this weekend, and I need advice on the best way to move my GSP.
He is 3 years old, in a 20 gallon tank (I know he should be in a 30 gallon but I don't have that currently).
How should I go about moving him and setting up his tank again?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Try get some clean buckets with lids, and use them to transport biomedia and your fish. Remember to completely drain the tank before you move it, else you risk cracking the glass. Best to have a large volume of replacement water prepared and ready at your new apartment.
