I don't know why, but somehow this all reminds me of a few weeks ago when I went to a local Sashimi place and they offered me Fugu; I counter offered to buy the puff outright instead. They were weirded out and weren't interested.
Now I am hungry for Otoro (or albacore belly when I can get it), Escolar, Uni and Salmon Belly...with some Beluga caviar on the side...now I'm really OT...and *very* hungry...
