Lazy F8? F8 not being active
Is it just my F8 feeling more secure in her new home? She spends a lot of time laying on the substrate. I know this is normal with other species of puffers, but is it something to be worried about with a F8?

It's normal behaviour, they will rest under leaves or similar overhangs until they notice you and then they will rush to the front begging for treats.
