Just wondering what your opinion on them is? Other than a little size difference, what is so different about them?

Pure personal choice IMHO. I prefer GSPs due to their stronger color and a bit higher activity levels. But individuals have a lot of variation - some Ceylos have good markings and some are pretty active. It is in part chance, and generally GSPs are more available.
