Starting Marine tank for GSP: I want to transition.

I think you guys might notice me from other posts. I had a 10 gallon tank with a single freshwater GSP inside. I know the 10 gallon is too small and I am still trying to get a bigger one. I was told in the mean time to get my GSP to a marine environment and thats what I have begun lately. So in addition to my current freshwater tank I have a marine tank siting in my home that has been cycling since 6/20/2012. The tank is unfortunately a 10 gallon also. However here is a description of my tank:
Tank Decor:
4 lbs of Fiji Rock from Petco
Nature's Ocean Bio-Active Live Sand For Saltwater Tanks 15lbs
Tank inhabitants:
1 curly cue anemone
1 black and white striped damsel fish
1 Margarita snail(I think its dead)
I know that the damsel fish will probably have to go when I introduce the GSP, but cant I keep the Anemone?
Water Parameters: I have been using the old API freshwater droplet test for my saltwater tank. I simply use an online image of the salt water color chart to check my results. I think the freshwater and saltwater API tests are the same just the color charts are different.

I have been cycling the tank since 6/20/2012. When can I introduce my GSP? My GSP is currently in his freshwater tank and the tank has a salinity of 1.002.
Will the damsel fish be a threat to the GSP? If I have to play favorites the damsel fish will have to go else were since the tank was started for my GSP to transition into a Marine tank. Again im still working on getting a bigger tank for champion. I actually had a smaller damsel in addition to the one still alive in the tank, however it died on 7/21/2012. I also had a feather duster worm but it died or disappeared and left its empty ca coon.
Here is a video taken today from my 10 gallon nano marine today. Let me know what you think is best for Champion.
