Is it possible to house a palembang in a 20 gallon tank?

The PufferPedia article says a minimum of 40 gallons and that they get 8 inches long..

Re: palembang puffer
Ive since seen that. Im torn now between dwarf puffers, red eye puffer or there was another slightly bigger one (cant remember name). I would love a slightly larger, active puffer. But Im also loving the idea of dwarves. Sooo many decisions.
