I have kept fish for a number of years and then couldn't. Recently I started again and I did the thing that we all know you shouldn't do- I made an impulse buy. My little DF is my pride and joy. I love that little dude!
Anyway, when I got him I intended to put him in a 20L, but then as I was setting up the 20 L I filled it up with other stuff. Besides I have him in a little 5 gal that is in my kitchen and I can watch him and interact with him more. BUT I do what is best for him. So would he be happier with a tank mate? What sized?
I have read so many different opinions on tank sized and numbers I just wanted to know what works for most people here. Also otto cats, I have been told by my LFS, don't do will in Chicago water. What else can live with a DF?
