Feeding frozen raw shrimp w/ salt?

Feeding frozen raw shrimp w/ salt?
I have a 4" congo puffer and I have been feeding him Frozen raw EZ peel shrimp which has salt added to it for freshness and I was wondering is there any risk of harm to my little friend? I soak it with Boyd's Vita chem while thawing and I feed 1 shrimp every other day.

I would try to get it without anything added.
