First of all, get some substrate and more decorations pls.. Try to duplicate their natural living environment and not just fish and bare bottom just for easy maintenance sake.. With that tank size, I think U could get away with 30% wc weekly. Use the no3 reading as a guide. Your tank and filter are extremely clean..which sets me thinking if its a new tank that's uncycled.. Sorry in advance if i am wrong..

If u are just running the tank with nothing in it even for a hundred years, I would say its still not cycled. Anyway I am just suggesting and if i am wrong, i do apologise. Your tank just looked ridiculously clean.

Have never used bio digest b4.. Best way to check now would be to test the water and see the numbers. Pls do not get us wrong, we are not trying to find fault. We just wish to make sure things are ok. There are many "myths" to get a tank ready for fish.. but, your tank still looked ridiculously clean..! ;)

Aside from the cycling issue, I just wanted to say that the tank and filter/sump are awesome. Makes my 150 gal/35 gal sump look kinda ghetto! lol.

The shrimp is good for cycling. Don't waste any more of your $$$ on that product though. The fact that it is used for FW & SW, means it's crap. You can't keep FW & SW bacteria viable like that.

No, its not because u have no decorations. It just looked, clean. Theres no sign of any dirt at all.. even at the filter, ceramic rings. Thats y it made me think that its a new setup. Since the tank is setup, u have any plans to put in the deco soon?

He needs a cave:

Here is what a decorated fahaka tank should look like (please ignore the disco gravel):
