My new puffer: Pjotter the "Hairy puffer"
Today I've bought a new puffer. It wasn't my intenion but when I saw him I just couldn't resist.
It's a hairy puffer of about 10cm.
I've already fallen in love with him.

Re: My new puffer: Pjotter the "Hairy puffer"
OMG wow he is awesome! very nice puffer!
sorry PP i wish i could have taken that puffer for you they are by far my favourite freshwater puffer and to have to pass a chance for one is horrible. i lost my liscense and job due to recent epilepsy so getting by on unemployment and job searching is rather hard. but if i can figure a way to do it then i sure will!
but back on topic congratz on the puffer.

Re: My new puffer: Pjotter the "Hairy puffer"
thanks to all, he is a really great puffer. Already found his favourite place hanging in the valisneria.
PP it's sad that nobody can house that hairy at yours LFS.
Ok I had a spare tank on my stand from 30 gallon. Officially waiting for a fangs, but when I heard the lfs was getting two hairy's (only one arrived) I just prepared the tank just in case.
And when I entered the shop and he was hanging in a very little hangingbasket (to make sure he wouldn't eat the cutcutia already in there) I ask the owner what the price was, very reasonable. I just couldn't resist, and bring the fellow home.
When he came in he had bitten through a doubled bag, so brought him home in a little contaner. Very stressfull, with him splashing water all around.

He looks like a dragon with no body.
