Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
This is my second post to this forum today..sorry to be a bother!
But I was wondering if you guys could add some of Lisa's pics of her turgidus to the pedia? They are really great shots, and currently there are only 2 pics for the turgidus in the pedia.
Her pics are in the below thread...
I am not talking about the first few pic's (they are ok) but further down in the thread she adds some really great shots
Plus lately people needing turgidus ids have been popping up..

Lisa you should add your Cutcutia pics to the pufferpedia as that section is very lacking.

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
I already instructed Lisa to look over the PP & also posts in this forum, mentioning ideas. She should have that place updated in no time! Thanks Lisa!!!

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
Hmm, my only question though is if that really IS a turgidus? That eyespot is pretty darn dark, I don't know if that is normal for a turgidus. Mine looks quite a bit different:

Lisa's puffer's snout looks a lot longer too.

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
Yep, long snout, blacker than black eyespot. I'd say coch.. cochin.. however its spelled LOL
I sent Corvus a PM to check it out, so we don't put the photos in the wrong spot in the pedia.

Hmm.. I'm curious now as well!
She has a lot of blue spots, not just one spot.
She has similar markings on the top of her head, but otherwise.. I don't see any other resembelance!

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
I'm talking about her eyespot.. it is very black, and most of the turgidus I've seen have a distinct eyespot but its the same color as their other spots on their body. Look at the cochinies or however its spelled in the Pedia, I think that looks a lot more like yours.

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
This is a picture of my Turgdis. The larger "eye spot" on the rear third of the fish is the same color as the rest of the green on his body though it does change colors rather dramatically dependent on his mood but not to a black or blue color, mainly to more pale colors or slightly darker green. He's in a shy mellow moood in this picture.

Re: Adding Lisa's Turgidus Pics
Thanks! He's my favorite puffer bar none, best color and personality.
