New to puffers :)

Post by pod101 »

My name is Maria, I'm from England and I recently got my first puffer fish. I was given some funky information from my LFS and this forum has helped me a lot in setting things straight. I still have some questions and it seems like a nice community to be a part of, so I thought Id join :D

I was told my fish was a freshwater puffer but he is actually a ceylon puffer so I need to convert him into brackish water.

Look forward to learning more from the forum and becoming a competent puffer owner 8)

Welcome :)
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Hi, I'm also in England, nice to have you here. Ceylons are lovely puffers. Good luck with your new guy (or gal)!

A kiss on the hand may be quite continental
