Super cheap DIY Bio-wheel

I made this because I had to diffuse the flow from the HOB filter. Interestingly enough it works really well.

I just cut a piece of foam paint roller to size, scraped the edges to eliminate and barbs, and strung some fishing line between 2 suction cups.
