Can dwarf puffers get lockjaw?

Post by Minipuff »

I'd like to try feeding frozen krill and mysis to my DPs, but then I've read about lockjaw being associated with krill? Can DPs get lockjaw from eating krill, and what about mysis shrimp?

Not that I have ever heard of. As long as you vary their diet. Be sure to soak the food in vitamins.

My sis is fine too, but as pp said use good quality vitamins too
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

Ok, good! I'll try it - I want to vary their diet more. They are very picky, but eat snails and bloodworms, and occasionally live brine shrimp nauplii. I have JBL atvitol vitamins to soak food in.
