If he's the width of your tank I'd give him to them. Sorry it must be such a hard decision to give him away. Will you be able to go and visit him? You could get a fahaka to replace him.

Just for info. The Aquarium is rather large. Honestly I am pretty happy they are willing to adopt him. Yes, I am able to visit him.. It just a matter of whether I can find him in there..

Lol..

That place is kinda nice, many amazing stuffs. I think it's one of the largest in the world. So I am kind of surprised that they replied and agree to take him in. The only part I dun like is that they have a touch pool where u can fondle some kind of shark and some marine Puffers. And the manta rays are AMAZING! they have a tank full of them.

Looks like a great 'retirement' place for your puffer. I would see if they would give you a lifetime pass so you can continue to visit. Make sure to take tons of pictures before you let him go.

I know that going to open people up to try to make them puff (and im right there with you not a fan) but im assuming you would have to sign a waiver and wear kevlar gloves. If not I would expect people leaving with some fingers missing.

There's a place in you in heaven for giving up your wet friend to a bigger, better home. I'm sure he'll be there waiting to greet & thank you for it, too!

+1. I had to give up a GSP that I was attached to when I first joined the Pufferforum, So I kinda know how you feel. It sucks having to give him up, but your giving him a chance at a better life, so you won't regret it.

I gave up my 2 GSPs when their 55 became too small for them. I was sad they got separated. :(
