I've started taking a bucket. battery powered airpump and a heater which can be run through an adapter from the car whenever we go to get fish these days.

My LFS is too near my home to require extra attention for the short trip.

My comments above were about tank moves between different tank in my home. Those are not common other than from QT to permanent home.

Well, we went back today, they are stocking reptiles soon and Liv keeps dragging me in to see if they've arrive yet. They appear to have forgiven me, and even better they've offered her a work experience placement.

She's studying Maths and the three Sciences, was aiming to do Fornsics at Uni, but is having a rethink as job opportunities in that field are very limited here.
