WTB Dwarf puffers in or around wheaton IL

I have a 20 long ive converted to highly planted tank woth no fish as it is establishing and im looking to buy a few dwarf puffers to fill the tank and be my new hobby. Im willing to buy them even if you have to ship them if the price is right.

They have them on ebay... But know that other members have had problems ordering fish on ebay (and online in general). I STRONGLY HIGHLY AND POSITIVELY reccomend waiting until the weather is WARM AND STABLE (around 50F+ would be ideal) before you purchase fish through the mail, in this weather you are more likely to end up with dead fish than living.

Have you asked around at the various LFS if they can order them for you? Often, puffers are seasonal.
Do you know how to sex them?
