Unfortunately, most of the bad offenders will never read that or any other comparable articles. If they do scan through it, they will ignore the messages it offers since they have been keeping fish many, many years. "Community" tanks and other highly and inappropriately mixed-population tanks will continue to be the hobby standards, as will moving fish up in tank size "as they need it".
