I just don't care for silver fish. The fish need to be nice because Mortimer won't defend himself, and he can't see very well. I'd like them to be moderately attractive, or at least interesting.

Well silver dollars will not bother him and they are a neat fish if there are more then one. My friend had about 4-5 silver dollars in a tank and looked really nice but he had no other colored fishes to balance color in the tank. So I understand what you are talking about.

Added some driftwood to my Fahaka tank, and added some new gravel to my 90 gal turtle tank.

Some of us are species-tank types, others are mixed-tank types. The two variant hobbyist types cannot communicate well. Neither understands the other. Mixed tanks really bug me. NIMFT!

I used to like mixed tanks. Quickly finding they are not what they are cracked up to be.

I just got done setting up a 10g, going to cycle it and maybe 2 DP's will have a new home. Going to use the extra plants out of Bloats tank to plant it.

Anyone got some watersprite, or other floating plant, they wanna get rid of

Installed my own RODI unit under the kitchen sink, so now I don't have to drive miles to buy water! Brilliant.

I did nothing but watching today on all my fish tanks.

In the weekend hubby is going to do a very small waterchange on the Clowns tank, big one Fahaka tank and the dp tank. Also the fahaka and dp tank need trimming (plants) But that will be all up to him!

And i cant help but need to do gnagnagna for him. I cant help because of a open cyst on my arm, so the oh so poor hubby (thats what he thinks) needs to do it all.

Accused unknown brownish growth on live rock of being brown diatom algae, and threatened it with bodily harm and obscene language.
