So how long did it take to catch after you removed the decor? Probably should have done that 1st. ;)

I had to set up another tank for Balki starting at midnight and ending at 3 am. His tank started leaking from the bottom, dumped about 10 gallons of water on the floor. Thre new tank is slightly bigger, and not scratched, but it was FILTHY.

Another water change. Also added some food for a filter shrimp in the tank. Pig imidiately took a big bite out of a larger chunk that was floating around in the water. Now he is looking somewhat disgruntled because it wasnt the food he was hoping for.

I haven't seen my sleeper goby in 3 days. Fearful that he kicked the bucket somewhere, I unearthed the hollow rock decoration that he buried and uses as a home, and found him in it, happy and healthy. Seizing the opportunity I leveled some of the sand and placed the decor back in place on top of the substrate. Right now he's sitting on top of this rock staring at me with his mouth wide open. I think he wants to bite me.

Replaced about 90% of the water in my pond snail tank. I have been neglecting the tank somewhat and it was smelling up the place ugh. Should not forget about it.

Filled the remaining 15 gallons up in Balki's new tank, bought some seashells for the hermit crabs. One found a shell he liked very much, went to change, and fell into it because it was way too big. He panicked, scrambled, and scurried back into his other shell. He held the other shell for a long time, rolling it over, "But, but, I want it..." Later he was wearing one that was very similar, but it fit, he was up in a rock singing, "Standing in top of the world!"

LoL I am watching my hermit going thru a mid house crisis right now too. He likes all the pokey, pointy shells, but they get caught everywhere, haha. He picks up the white and pink one, gets in it, gets stuck somewhere in the tank, then gets out of it again, goes and grabs another shell really quick, comes back to the pink and white one and just rolls it over and over LOL. So far he has been thru every shell in the tank and can't decide on which one he really wants.
5.5g: Pond snails
5.5g: Red Cherry Shrimp and Rams
10g: PZ the Pee Wee (DP), Ghost shrimp, Otos x3
36g: Luau the F8, Zebra nerites x8, sometimes a herd of ghost shrimp for food
60g: Perches the starry blenny, 1 watchman goby Snaps the l.c. hermit, 2 emerald crabs, 1 red crab, 2 turbos, 7 asteas, 2 nerites, 2 clown gobies and 2 firefish gobies (upgrading to a 90 gallon reef)

RIP Yoshi, you are dearly missed <3

LMAO my big hermit has changed twice. Guess the first one was just to big for him to move around in, but he is always checking out the other ones, i think its more for food then home

I watched Lola pass a turd for the first time. Wasn't exactly how I anticipated to spend my lunch break, but okay.
