Getting everything ready for vacation:
-Wrote out detailed list for my tank sitter.
-50% WC on larger, more heavily-stocked tanks (75% past Tuesday).
-Tested water on reef tank, dosing supplements to bring parameters up a bit.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

How exciting PP!
I left for a 'mini-vacation' today, just a couple hours away for the weekend, so my tanks got their 50% water changes a day early. :)

Bought 20 red cherry shrimp for my fluval edge. I fed one to the puffer to see if he would go for it. Gulped it down like a good boy.

30% wc in the 75g , Cleaned and restocked my 1g brine shrimp tank. Then about a 75% wc on the 20g Marble cray tank . I counted 31 babies that I could see clearly . I had to empty the water with a pitcher so I didnt lose any of them . They are all about the size of small ghost shrimp , getting excited cuz they are getting bigger each week.

rearranged the live rock and took out the battleship. Don't know where Pigs poop is going so I am wondering if there is anything in the tank thats taking apart the poops for a meal. Pig is currently exploring the rearranged rocks. Also put the Polario 7ML in a different spot. Hoping it will be in a better place. Pig always got grumpy when he suddenly got a blast in his face. This happens because the Polario 7ML streampump simulates waves and changes direction at 5second intervals or something.

Tomorrow will be a water change to his tank.

Watched my GSP swim purposely in front of the filter outtake and being taken away by the current and then looking at me with an upset face.

Well, I was *supposed* to get stuff for my 10 gal in the mail today (lights, timer, etc), but the FedEx person left a note on my door saying they were leaving it at the front office... turns out they didn't because the people at the office were giving a tour at the time. They didn't even bother knocking; my fiance was home the whole day. He went to let the dogs out & there was the note. Not happy.

50% wc on the 20g, 75% on the 10g and a 90% on the snail tank. Also tested 10g and 20g, and test results are looking perfect! Gotta test the 60g, and then start my feeding rounds (little late in the day, but I have been doing lots of cleaning and maintenance :) )
5.5g: Pond snails
5.5g: Red Cherry Shrimp and Rams
10g: PZ the Pee Wee (DP), Ghost shrimp, Otos x3
36g: Luau the F8, Zebra nerites x8, sometimes a herd of ghost shrimp for food
60g: Perches the starry blenny, 1 watchman goby Snaps the l.c. hermit, 2 emerald crabs, 1 red crab, 2 turbos, 7 asteas, 2 nerites, 2 clown gobies and 2 firefish gobies (upgrading to a 90 gallon reef)

RIP Yoshi, you are dearly missed <3

50% water change today. I also watched pig trying to wiggle his big butt between the glass and a leaf. He just had his meal and was a bit more fat so he couldnt get through like he normally does .

Did a 75% wc on Luau's tank 2 days early. I had to get the booger of a goldfish out, but I couldn't do that without removing everything in the tank >< bf and I spent hours in front of the tank with net in hand, to no avail. I swear that GF recognized the net every time we picked it up; because every time we did, he ran into the corner decoration and hid...

So everything came out of the tank (found out that I was missing 3 nerite snails) the substrate stirred, the GF taken out (who is now happily at the LFS in a huge tank with his own kind) everything put back in, and Luau is the now the king of his castle and loving every minute of it!

Removed a HUGE glob of nasty, slimy rotting algae that my sleeper goby likes to pull off the rocks and stuff in a little cave I built for Camille (now I know why she doesn't go in there anymore.) This goby is crazy. There's no other explanation.
