Re: Okay, Now I'm REALLY worried....
Sorry I'm not sure but is this a FW puffer? What is the pH of your tap water?

Re: GSP availability
You can start cycling your tank about 2 weeks before you think the puffer is coming. See the Fishless Cycling article in our Library. Be sure to find out the specific gravity they have the puffer at, wherever you are getting it from & cycle at that SG.

Re: dwarf puffer help
I suggest looking in our Pufferpedia at the dwarf puffers & green spotted puffers to ID exactly what they are. Also, most shops consider 1 tbsp/5g of aquarium salt to be BW, so you should find out exactly what they mean by BW. Ask them what the specific gravity is & if they are using marine ...

Re: Arothron Stellatus... Who has one raise your hand!

I think they like caves--a flowerpot on it's side should do. Check the feeding article in our Library.

Re: refractometer
I don't believe it is. First, do you know what the SG is that they are keeping the puffer at in the shop? That's the SG you should be cycling your tank at (usually BW puffers are kept in FW at most shops). 2nd, the product, Cycle, does nothing to cycle your tank. All it contains is dead bacteria. It...

Re: teeth
I think you'd be way better off doing it yourself with our instruction (step-by-step instructions w/pics, in our Library), rather than having someone that told you to scrape infected tissue off your fish, instead of giving the proper info on how to heal it. Geeezzz, fish stores just keep getting wor...
