Melafix is more of a skin soother for injuries, stress. Pimafix is for fungal issues, they can be used together, and are safe for plants. Only way I've ever gotten rid of it is to massively massively overfilter or add a few powerheads (it doesn't like a lot of current) and manual removal. IP Board is NOT cheap if you don't go with their hosting.. we'd end up paying more to pay all their fees and our host, plus still have to do the work. I'd rather have them deal with the tech problems!
