You really need to contact your water company & conplain about the ammonia in your tap water. Are you using Prime to dechlor? That will help detoxify the ammonia. I highly suggest against using any meds for ich. Please read the FW & SW treating articles beefore using any meds for this. Only in extreme measures should you use meds & only in QT.
