Have you done an online search? I pretty much buy everything either from Ebay or Amazon nowadays.

It is fine to use as a dewormer, by soaking their foods in it.

Re: Yoda Girl

I do not have to keep a specific species to notice a growing waistline. ;) I've been in this hobby >40 years.
Overfeeding a fish causes fatty liver & a shorter lifespan. I feed my adult fahaka 2x/week.

Re: Unusual bioload? Or too early to tell?

What brand test are you using? If it's liquid, you have to shake the crap out of it.

Re: Yoda Girl

Very cute vid!

A bit of constructive criticism--stop killing her with kindness. She's being overfed & she's too fat. You're gonna shorten her life span like this.

Re: is a long tank or vertical tank better?

Longer footprint is always best. Hasn't that already been covered here?

Re: help me choose a tank for my green spotted puffers

I have rarely seen someone upgrade their tanks properly. Usually life happens & they get stuck living in a tank too small for them, stunted with a shorter lifespan. Even 2 adult Nerf ball-sized puffers in a 55g with 100lbs of live rock & other decor, is too many.

Re: green spotted puffer dying help :(

Forget about "other" online info. The best info on the net is right here! Top pufferkeepers in the field here. ;) Even changing the water 2x/day isn't enough in a cup. He needs to be in a larger cycled system, to prevent it from poisoning itself with it's own wastes. If you read the articl...

Re: is a long tank or vertical tank better?

That tank would work well for dwarf puffers, as long as you find plants that will go all the way to the top to block lines of sight.
