I've just checked the link but it didn't work. I couldn't upload the graph here, the forum format has changed since my last visit :...

Re: "Pufferfish" in different languages
How can we pronounce it? Would you pls try to spell it in English?yunachin wrote:Here is Puffer fish in kanji: パッファーの魚
By the way I think "Baiacu Verde Pintado" is GSP and, puffer fish is baiacu en Espanol, isn't it?
In German it must be something like kugelfisch or kugel fisch.

"Pufferfish" in different languages
Pufferfish is "Balon Baligi" in Turkish.
"Balon" is simply baloon and "balik" is fish.
How about others?

My 2 yrs old T. suvatti is named Suvat. It sounds like a rarely used Turkish name Suat. He is in a 160 lt 5* aquarium. Once upon a time, I had showed his photos on the best puffer forum on the world (I forgot the name. What was it? Pufferhome something mm? ). By the way, it is really very sple...

Very cute.
Is there any possibility that this frightened beauty is a T. pustulatus variant (i.e. X-River puffer of Africa)?
In the "previous forum" days I've noted down some good pic. links. Here is a "queen pustulatus".
