haha Of course! And yes I totally agree, I only go to specialty aquarium shops anymore. Even the local Petco and Petsmart are not that great.

Green Spotted Puffers 12 years and counting
Hi all, haven't been on here (and most forums anymore) in a good bit beyond lurking, but I thought I'd share that my GSP's are still around. Re: thinking of picking up a gsp but....
You can drip acclimate get a bucket with the puffer and a standard air tube with the current tank water and run it like a siphon to the bucket. I would just keep your current SG and get the Bio Spira and some live rock. No need to waste more salt aka money. lol

They are better off in full marine... Blinkey hit the nail on the head with his statement.

Re: Is there still a POTM?
I was trying to run it at the end and did so for about a year but it got harder and harder to get people interested enough to get submissions in. As stated here http://www.thepufferforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=34238 On top of that it was about that time the forum was getting overrun with...

I did the gradual transition but really in retrospect I would just go full marine and get it out of the way and drip acclimate the puffers.
